	Formed in 1989, The Cambridge Organization is an independent insurance brokerage providing insurance coverage and consultation to businesses and individuals. As an independent brokerage, our clients depend on us to be an objective and trusted advisor. The Cambridge staff is accustomed to working with Human Resource Departments Executives, Accountants, and Attorneys to provide innovative planning for individuals and employers. 	Richard (Rick) B. Lehrer, President and Founder

	Rick@camlife.com 212-695-7495 ext. 15 Rick is the President and a founding partner of The Cambridge Organization in 1989. He is a member of the prestigious insurance industry organization, The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is a frequent lecturer on topics including employee benefits, ethics in the insurance industry, and long term care insurance. He has published numerous consumer and industry columns regarding insurance issues and Estate Preservation. Rick attended Bradley University and Bernard Baruch School of Business. He is on the Board of the United Way (Westchester) and is the former President of the Riverdale, NY YM-YWHA.

	Arthur (Art) T. Grutt, Jr., Vice President and Partner

	Arthur@camlife.com 212-695-7495 ext. 14 Art joined The Cambridge Organization in 2006 as Vice President. Art earned two designations from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and IFEBP. These designations are Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Group Benefit Associate (GBA). In 2007, he was also elected to the Board of the CEBS New York Chapter. Art has lectured at the Group Underwriters Association of America on employee benefits in today’s marketplace and had a distinguished career at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America before joining Cambridge. Art graduated from The College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Economics and a BA in English. Jill L. Baraniak, Assistant Vice President Jill@camlife.com 212-695-7495 ext. 10 Jill joined Cambridge in 1995 and is a NY State Licensed Accident and Health Insurance Producer. Jill provides underwriting expertise and is accustomed to working with individual employers and insurance companies. Jill is highly qualified to help you determine your insurance needs and has a thorough understanding of the insurance industry. Jill graduated from William Paterson University with a BA in Communications. Paul Pizem, Vice President Paul@camlife.com 212-695-7495 ext. 12 Paul joined Cambridge in 1998 and is a NY State Licensed Accident and Health Insurance Producer. Paul focuses on creative benefit planning for large employers, as well as, help you identify your personal insurance needs objectives. Paul focuses on analysis and enhancement of employee benefits programs for large corporation and education institutions. Prior to joining Cambridge, Paul was a controller for a private hedge fund, CFO for an environmental company and had his own accounting practice. Paul graduated from L.I.U. with a BA in accounting and finance. Oksana Shabayeva, Account Manager Oksana@camlife.com 212-695-7495 ext. 11 Oksana joined Cambridge in 1999 as an Associate where she supported the VP of Operations with administering individual policies and employee benefits. In 2007, Oksana was promoted to Account Manager and operates as a liaison with HR Departments and Insurance Carriers to help administer Employee Benefit Programs offered by Cambridge. Wilson Thomas, Associate Wilson@camlife.com 212-695-7495 ext. 16 Wilson joined Cambridge in 2004 as Associate and Computer Consultant. He supports the VP of Operations with the administration of Life Insurance, Disability Insurance and Long Term Care. Wilson attends the Borough of Manhattan Community College and is pursing a degree in Accounting and Business Marketing.
